Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase don't worry we're here to help you and make sure you be a happy customer.
Returns
You have ​5 calendar days to return an order from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the items received must be unused, original package most be closed and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the invoice inside the package.
Returns are only accepted if customer change their mind after the order has been shipped and customer is responsible for sending the package back.
If an order is return to us due to customer inserting the wrong address on the order. A $5 PROCCESING FEE WILL BE CHARGE AND ALSO SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED.
​ Refunds
For retail Orders only- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
All Wholesale Orders are not refundable and sales are FINAL
For retail orders ONLY if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 5 - 7 business days depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damage Packages or Product
If a package or product arrives damage customer has 1-2 days to report the problem and must send pictures of the damage product.
If a product is damage and customer reach out plus send proof within 1-2 days after received day then customer will qualify for a refund or a replacement of the damage product.
